have gotten my head straight enough to type it up. This is a quick and easy recipe for Oatmeal

full in between meals. Great to mix with
high protein Greek Yogurt.

¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 cups Oats
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Baking soda
3 tablespoons applesauce

butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and
vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix
well. Add oats; mix well. (Optional: add
